Distribution Agreement

1. Grant of Rights

By submitting your audio recordings ("Master Recordings") and related artwork/metadata to Maestro Distribution, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute, sell, and broadcast your music on digital platforms.

2. Ownership

You retain 100% of the copyright to your sound recordings and musical compositions. Maestro Distribution does not claim any ownership rights over your intellectual property.

3. Revenue and Royalty Splits

Maestro Distribution will collect revenues generated from the exploitation of your recordings on DSPs. Depending on your subscription tier, you will retain between 90% and 100% of the net royalties collected.

4. Warranties and Representations

You warrant that you hold all necessary rights and licenses to the music you upload, including samples and instrumental beats. You agree to indemnify Maestro Distribution against any claims of copyright infringement.

5. Term and Termination

This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. You may request a takedown of your music at any time, which typically takes 14-30 days to process across all platforms.
